best site for purchase of benelux interrail pass?

..although I guess prices are quite similar, anywhere I can save a few quid would be good.
More importantly have a vague idea for an itinerary, to start from Rotterdam, travel down to Luxembourg, and up again through Belgium to catch the ferry back to London. Max.2weeks travel.. any recommendations on where to stop between destinations?? Ideally places that are historical, natural, quirky…
