Actually, most of the islands are very close to each other,http://www.mygreektrip.com/, so you can visit a couple of island in a few days. I have been in Athens and on some of the islands. They are both very beautiful. Don`t miss to see Acropolis and its neigbourhood. Then you can take a ship to the islands which takes about 9 hours. tickets are cheep too, 20-25 Euros. |

It´s just a few steps from the Acropolis and Plaka, adjacent to the new Acropolis museum, and right in the very heart of Athens historic center. The hotel itself is at the foot of the Acropolis hill, just a few steps away from the Parthenon, the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian Arch and other monuments of Greek Civilization which I find great for immersing myself in Ancient Greece. Its modern with antiquities at your doorstep, hope this was helpful. |
