Handicap travel in Mayaguez

is there a service in Mayaguez similar to llame y viage ai San Juan. I have a motorized wheel chair I would like to come and study Spanish. I have visited San Juan and found the service very good. It’s their a bus transportation from San Juan or would I need to fly. On American Airlines? Thank you and hope that you can write to me. Charles Baldwin
