How to get a tourist visa from South korea going to New Jerse?

I am currently working as a factory worker in South Korea. I have a two years working visa. I want to visit my sister in New Jersey. Is it possible? How i am going to get a tourist visa? Where i going to apply here in Korea? What are the documents needed? Do i still need a certificate from my employer indicates that i am there worker and i still going back to work in Korea after my visa end?
