guide me - traveling from Thimpu to Siliguri

i am an indian national. can you please guide me to travel to thimpu via phuentsholing by road/bus from siliguri (how many hours it takes, type of bus and bus fare)and visa formalities, currency to be used, accommodation, street crime and safety, etc., as well. any contact address and telephone number in kolkata?
