travel without a car

We are living in Waterloo- we do nothave a car- we wish to go to tobermory and Niagara and Niagara on the lake
Am not so good at working out net routes partly because I amnot so familiar with canada
can one get trains or buses to tobermory- websites of transport companies exist but have not been able to work out routes- would appreciate direct directions as to which bus routes or trains to take- to tobermory, and separately to Niagara on the lake
are any tours organised to see the Hudson bay area
also would love toknow where and when one could see some Northern lights andhow to get there
