bus advise please

hello. im planning to go into mexico through tecate and i would like to get to a bus terminal so that i may continue on to el golfo de santa clara. i am having trouble getting info on this. please advise. thank you.

can catch a bus in baja tijuana, mexico to travel back to san diego? if so where in Mexico and when?
