Entry to Guernsey for Ukrainan Nationals

A business partner of mine - Ukrainian national - with valid Ukrainian (foreign travel) passport with multiple entry business visa to the UK - wishes to visit Guernsea in September for a three day vacation break, at the end of a business trip to the mainland. Although he has a business entry UK visa, he has no separate tourist entry UK visa. I’m pretty sure that the business visa would permit a short vacation break extension, but I can’t find any internet site that can confirm my assumption. Can you advise me if a second visa is needed - a tourist visa ?
