does anybody know how much it is to take a taxi from taba to cairo? i read somewhere, that you can get it for about 70 EP per person. it's three of us, so maybe 250 EP is realistic?
and is it best to try to get one at the bus station?

Hi, I don't know where you find this information. This price is for the localbus East Delta. You also can travel with small local microbusses (who are not save) for maybe this price.
If you take a safe taxi you will need to pay about 800 egyptian pounds of a microbus.
When you go, I stay for the moment in Ghannah Lodge (http://ghannahlodge.wordpress.com) and I know this people also can help you for your trip to Cairo

Thanks a lot for the information! how many people do fit in such a microbus? so if it's eight, we may have it for 80 egyptian pounds per person... and do you know how long it takes? is it faster then the bus?
