Budget trip to Vologda for a week

Hello,
I plan to visit Moscow and Vologda in March or April 2009 this year.
Could you tell me how much it would approximately cost for a wekk in Moscow and a week in Vologda on a budget vacation basis - low cost, no luxuries.
