renting a bicycle near the river

I am coming from Keelung for 12 hours.
I want to rent a bicycle near the river and not too far from the train station.I am looking at a map and see Yu Chan Park near the bike path. Is there a bicycle rental there or close by? Also, I am told that Dihua Street would be a nice area to see. Any suggestions? Thank you.
