From the get go, we appreciated your prompt responses and also working with someone who spoke great English. Communication was never a barrier. You were always willing to answer my questions and modify our tour according to our needs and requests. During our tour, there was always someone there to greet us and pick us up upon arrival to all destinations. Plans were well made and coordinated. All hotels were good- we especially liked the Hotel Kybele in Istanbul and Mediterra Art Hotel in Antalya. All of the guides spoke English well and with the exception of the Ephesus tour, we were very pleased with all of our tour guides.
