They offer private concierges that are available to help you book any tour, restaurant, hotel or who can find out any information you need for your travel. I used them for my family trip last winter and they organized for us a trip to Champagne, a private party in a very good restaurant in Paris and couple of taylormade tours to Versailles and other castles.
