Save the Salar de Uyuni

The Salar de Uyuni is the world’s largest untapped lithium reserve possessing almost half the world’s known supply, equivalent to at least 5.4 million tonnes. Massive projects are under way to industrialize the Salar and extract the lithium, which would result in a total ecological and human disaster.
