FINDING WAY TO LANTAU

we are staying in Marco Polo Gateway,Canton Rpad and we would like to know how to get to Lantau via MTR and want to visit giant buddha ,ngo ping cable car and other scenic spots…what stations should we start and what station we should go down.and also, if riding the ngo ping cable car, can we ride it again going back to lantau island to get back to our hotel…thank you..
