Makati Is Safe For Tourists

Despite what is happening in the Mindanao specially in Jolo, Basilan, and Zamboanga where the Abu Sayyaf makes a lot of noise, Philippines is still a safe territory for the tourists.

As long as tourists stay away from Mindanao, then they can enjoy the holiday all they way in the Philippines.

In Makati City for example, foreigners can safely walk on the street night and day without any fear.

Just visit Glorietta or Greenbelt and you can see expats having fun with Filipino friends.

When you visit the Philippines for business or for leisure, make sure to stay away from Mindanao and get a hotel in Makati city where it is very safe.

Ansers & comments

The writer is absolutely right. It doesn’t mean that because there are lots of troubles happening in other part of Philippines, our country is not at all safe. I think the government is doing their job to make Philippines safe as possible. Makati is safe because there are many establishments there like companies, apartments for rents, houses and many more so the government make sure that their securities are enough to make this city safer. Not only local filipinos are staying in that city as well as foreign.

Yes. makati is safe. infact there are many work opportunities in that place.
