traveling from qatar through saudi to egypt

hi, i am working in qatar and i wish to drive my big motor bike through saudi and then on the ferry from saudi(jiddah) to egypt for a vacation. do i need to be advised of any dangers??can you give me the contact details of the ferry operators?? if you could be so kind…
