visa entry

I am a permanent resident of Australia, but I am holding a Malaysian Passport. I am planning for a 10-day P&O Curise in February 2011. Do I requiure an entry visa to Noumea, Port Vila, Lifou Isle, Isle of Pines? If I require, please advise where to get the visa in Sydney. thanks
