Tour Arrangement

I am interested to join the Tour Program 4 that is to Vientiane Day tour.
I am arriving at U Thani at about 8.30am at the airport on 4.2.11. can the tour be carried out and what is the cost for 1 person? Any private tours just for a half/full day tour of Vientiane? What is the cost ?
