Busan City Tours

We are a group of 9 Filipinos (7 adults/2 childred) who are taking a cruise and our ship will dock in Busan for one day only. Since we find the land tour arrangement offered by the ship as too expensive (US$100/adult including lunch), we would like to know if we can hire a van and an english speaking tour guide to take us around Busan. And if this will be cheaper. Thank you.
