Is Johston Atoll Safe at all to Visit?

I know it has only been about 50 years since they bombarded the daylights out of Johnston Atoll with Nukes, and had 3 Nuclear Disasters on or around the area, and they DID perform “Clean ups” but I am curious is it at all Safe to stop on Johnston Atoll and maybe take a pee or something? :) What about the surrounding Waters how dangerous is the Water after they dumped Hundreds maybe Thousands of pounds of Nuclear Waste into the Ocean there? And has there ever been any talk about the Chemical Weapons dump they have there and the Nuclear Waste Dump they have there. What a mess, the U.S. Gov should have their Butt kicked for what they did to that Island and the Bikini Island as well.
