Roatan or Utila?

Hi,
I want to spend my next dive trip with my frinds on the Bay Islands. We are 4 girls, who want to dive ( Advanced Divers), hang around in the sun and enjoy the nightlife.
Can you give us some advises, where to go and where to book diving and accommodation for one week?thanks
